Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using MyInstantAPI at myinstantapi.com ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

Service Description

MyInstantAPI provides automated API deployment services by:

• Scanning authorized GitHub repositories for OpenAPI specifications
• Automatically generating and deploying backend services based on these specifications
• Providing API traffic logging and monitoring capabilities
• Managing API deployments and updates

User Responsibilities

As a user of our Service, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete GitHub repository access permissions required for the Service to function
• Maintain the security of your account credentials and GitHub access tokens
• Ensure your OpenAPI specifications and associated code comply with applicable laws and regulations
• Not use the Service to deploy APIs that promote or facilitate illegal activities
• Not attempt to reverse engineer or bypass any service limitations or security measures

Service Limitations

MyInstantAPI reserves the right to:

• Impose rate limits on API deployments and requests
• Suspend or terminate services for violations of these Terms
• Modify or discontinue any aspect of the Service with reasonable notice
• Remove or disable APIs that violate our terms or applicable laws

Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to your OpenAPI specifications and associated code. By using our Service, you grant us the necessary rights to:

• Access and scan your GitHub repositories for OpenAPI specifications
• Generate and deploy backend services based on your specifications
• Store and process your API traffic logs
• Display your deployment statistics and logs in your dashboard

Service Availability

While we strive to maintain high availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. We are not liable for any downtime or service interruptions caused by:

• Scheduled maintenance or emergency repairs
• GitHub API or service disruptions
• Force majeure events or circumstances beyond our reasonable control
• Your violation of these Terms or improper use of the Service

Liability and Indemnification

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. You agree to indemnify and hold MyInstantAPI harmless from any claims arising from:

• Your use of the Service
• Your violation of these Terms
• The content and operation of your deployed APIs
• Any unauthorized access to or use of our Service under your account

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including:

• Breach of these Terms
• Abuse of service resources or unfair usage
• At our sole discretion when we believe termination is necessary

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
